1. How long will my order take to reach?

After we process your Order in 2 Business Days.

Shipping within India takes 3-10 business days. Shipping within Surat, Ahmedabad and Vadodara takes 2-7 business days.

2. Are there any delivery charges?

Standard (7-10 Business days delivery) – Free

3. How do i track my order?

Once an order is shipped, we will update the tracking details from our side. you just have to login to your account on our website and check that particular order id. Status and tracking details updated for the same.

4. What are the accepted modes of payment?

We accept all major debit & credit cards (including MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, American Express and Diners Club International) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks and UPI.

5. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping for the Metal Collection at the moment.

6. If I am a local buyer and I want to collect my order from Store itself, how can I neglect the Shipping Cost?

If you are a local or somehow can arrange to pick up from our store itself. Then you can give a call on +91 83470 94521 before placing order. 

7. What type of candles do you make?

We make Candles in glass and metal container. We do not make Pillar Candles. We strictly do not use Paraffin Wax. Our candles are made with natural soy wax blends.

8. Are these Candles Handmade?

Yes, all the Heriyan Candles are completely handcrafted with love.

9. Can I customise the Candle?

Yes, we do take Customised Candle requirements and corporate gifting orders but the only requirement is that you should take minimum 20 pieces of Scented Candles.

10. Do you take Private Label Manufacturing orders?

Yes, we can customise a Candle for your Label and according to your design, if you have a minimum quantity of 100 Units.
